Rehearsal Information
Group Rehearsals
It is very important for everyone to attend these rehearsals. If you are sick, please come and watch the rehearsal. We can still figure out your height and spacing even if you can’t dance.
EVERYONE PLEASE review rehearsal schedule times and let Miss Trish know of conflicts ASAP.
Solo / Duet Rehearsals
If you cannot make the rehearsal, it is your responsibility to switch with someone else. Please make any changes on this list on the board upstairs at the studio.
If you fail to make alternate arrangements, and you miss your assigned rehearsal time, it will not be rescheduled. Everyone gets equal time; as your name comes to the top of the list, you get your time assigned. Miss it, and you have to wait until the next time your name comes up.
Schedules have been known to change, so keep checking the schedules online and on the upstairs bulletin board. (You may want to check this page every couple of days!)
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND REHEARSALS!
If you miss three hours of a group rehearsal, you will be that much further behind the others and that is not fair to those who come to rehearsals.
We are scheduling rehearsals so there is less work for Saturdays, but it also means that the rehearsals will be more “intense”.
IF THERE IS A CONFLICT IN THE SCHEDULE, LET TRISH KNOW ASAP!
Leave a note on her desk as to what dates and times you are or are not available. We will reschedule for unavoidable absences only – like you aren’t in the country! Otherwise, you will be expected to be at rehearsal as scheduled.
That’s the way it is, kids. This is the work we need to do to get to the FUN part of dancing… the FESTIVALS this spring.
