General Information
- All students may participate in the Year-End Recital.
- Competition students MUST participate.
- We try to reserve five (5) tickets per family.
- Tickets are $20.00 each. You are not required to take 5 tickets. You may make them available for others to purchase.
- Extra tickets are $20.00 each. Extra tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
- Tickets must be purchased prior to the recital date.
- Tickets will NOT be available at the door.
- Students will need their own ticket to be able to watch the recital when they are not dancing.
- Any children taking their own seat will need a ticket.
- There will be a costume rental fee for each costume required.
Schedule of Performance
The schedule will be posted on the bulletin boards and the website prior to the recital. Programs will be available at the door.

General Information on the Recital…
- Non-Competitive Rehearsals will start at 4:00. Please arrive ready to dance in dance attire by 3:30. You can change from your dance clothes to costumes after your rehearsal is finished.
- Please discuss ‘Hair, Make-up and Attire from Head to Toe with your teacher.
- Parents are not allowed to watch the rehearsals. They must stay in the lobby waiting area.
- All students are required to pay for one seating ticket. We will give them the second day a free ticket if tickets are available.
- The ‘Band Room’ (on the dancers Stage Left) is available to hold children, but we do not provide Baby Sitting Services.
- Parents must make arrangements to have their students backstage or they must supervise their children in the audience.
- If anyone can help watch children, please let the office know. We will try to locate a TV and bring a video for those who can not get out into the audience. It is very nice to let the competitive parents WATCH their own dancers from the audience on occasion.
- If anyone has any questions regarding these last couple of crazy weeks, please contact the office phone and leave a message or phone Miss Trish’s cell phone.
- Most classes are finished after the recital except some Music lessons and some Baby Boogie or Jr. Jester lessons. Please double check with your teacher on the last dance day.
